Inspired by Mediterranean urban culture, the piazza is designed to encourage everyday interaction – a welcoming place where neighbours meet, families gather, and community life naturally unfolds.

The architectural design of Elysium Bayside has been led by Cino Zucchi of CZA – Cino Zucchi Architetti, one of Milan’s most respected architecture studios, emerging from the city long regarded as a global cradle of design and architectural innovation. The project’s design was recently showcased internationally at MIPIM 2026 in Cannes, France, one of the world’s leading real estate exhibitions
